Feb. 26 2011
Wyatt woke up today at 330 am for the first time in awhile, coughing and sneezing. Mommy and Daddy have passed their cold symptoms to our little buddy. He laughs when he sneezes, and smiles when he coughs. Wyatt was giggling this morning when we were playing with a balloon, too cute. Daddy weighed him today and he is 16 lbs! That explains why Mommys back is a little sore after carrying him all day! Big Boy! Today we went out to lunch Downtown with Grandpa Wright and Uncle OJ, then visited Great Grandma Scott. Uncle OJ brought Wyatt a Blow Pop sucker. It was funny to see Wyatt holding a sucker in his hand. I imagined his hands all sticky, and face all red and slobbery when he is actually old enough to enjoy a lollipop for the first time. Great Grandma just loves to see Wyatt, she smiles so big and does baby talk to him and makes him grin. I know these pictures with Great Grandma and Wyatt are priceless, and I am just so glad that she is able to see and hold and love our baby boy. I really wish my Grandma Gerdom was still around to hold Wyatt, I know she would love him and kiss him on his cheek and say that he is a blessing from God. I know that my Angel Grandma had a part in helping God choose our special son. What a perfect fit.

Feb 20th 2011
My sweet boy (with the help of Dad) suprised Mommy with some candy and balloons for Valentines Day! Such sweet words that Daddy had to help Wyatt write in the card. I Love both of my boys. It was nice to finally have sunshine this week, and Wyatt went on his first stroller ride outside! The week ended with a visit to Great Grandmas house with Grandad Wright. Grandad makes Wyatt smile BIG!!!

Feb. 2011 Loving our Son
It is the month of LOVE-with Valentines Day here, Eric and I are experiencing the best love of all from our son Wyatt. It is a love like no other. A rush runs through me every time I see Wyatt's cute little face smiling at me. He laughed for his first time last night after bath time. He was lying on the floor and Eric and I were hovering over him talking to him, and all of a sudden came a bunch of GIGGLES! He did it twice in a row, and made Mommy start crying! What a sweet sound. He makes us happy, and we are making him happy. He weighs 15 lbs now, and is squeezing out of these 1-2 diapers. He is still eating about 6 oz every 3-4 hours, with a little cereal at night. Life is going well since I have been back to work for a month now. Wyatt is still sleeping from 8pm to 6 am everynight. I am able to leave for work and start seeing clients around 8am and I am home by 1 pm when Eric leaves for work. Grandma/pa Grossarth usually watch Wyatt when Eric and I want to go to the gym or go for lunch. Grandma Wright comes over at least one or two days a week to visit and let Mommy go to the gym. So, so thankful for our supportive families. Wyatt cant wait to give Daddy his first Valentines day card! I look forward to all of the little hand made gifts/pictures that Wyatt will make for Eric and I someday.

January 31st 2011
Its hard to believe that January has come to and end and Wyatt is 2 1/2 months old. Sometimes I think that the days are flying by, but then others I cant believe it has only been 2 1/2 months that we have been spending with Wyatt. Our life has definitely been fulfilled with Wyatt around. I dont think I have ever smiled so much in my life than I have in the last 2 1/2 months. His smile is so contagious. His face is covered with hundreds of kisses everyday. I have never played so much since I was a child. He is loved by everyone that surrounds him. Our families have become closer than ever with all of the visits. We thank God for such a wonderful, amazing, happy, and healthy baby boy. Patience pays off, and faith has fulfilled us. Praise the Lord!

Daddys week off, Mommy back to work!
Wyatt visited the doctor on Jan 17th and weighs 13 lbs 11 oz, 24 5/8 inches tall! He is in the 95 percentile for his weight and height! We told Wyatt that means that there is only 5 kids bigger than him (shhhh!) He really loves the crinkle paper on the bench at the doctors office, he ripped it in a few places, cause he was kicking it so hard! So, Daddy came home and gave Wyatt a bunch of tissue paper to lay on, and that is his new favorite thing! You should see him go to town on lying on the paper! Wyatt is still on a VERY good sleeping schedule from 800 pm to 6 am...keep our fingers and toes crossed! Eric was off all week with Wyatt while Mommy went back to work. The first week back went really well, I was able to be home by noon everyday! Daddy took a few good picutres of Wyatt- i like the one of him yawning! His girlfriend someday will love looking at him with no teeth ! Wyatt has started voice his opinion a little more.. today in church we had to get up for the first time because he was crying and tired. He has started to curl his lips and say "oooo" a little longer and with more fluctuation in his voice. It makes Mommy smile sooo much to hear his voice. I cant imagine what his first words will be someday. Everytime I find myself staring at him in awe, I just thank God for this precious gift that he has given Eric and me. Somedays I just cant believe that I am holding him in my arms. He brings such tears of joy to my eyes, and a humble heart.

Mommys last week off work
Wyatt is still doing really well, sleeping from around 8 or 830 to 5 am, eating 6 oz, and kicking the bear and lion in his play gym to make them rattle. Daddy has been off the last two days and making Wyatt laugh and smile. Wyatt is becoming more vocal when you get really close to his face and talk to him. He visited Grandma/pa Grossarth for a few hours while Mommy and Daddy went to the gym. Dont know what we would do without them! Grandma Wright came over Tuesday night to eat dinner and make Wyatt smile. Cant wait to see what Wyatt weighs at the MD on Monday, but he is not looking forward to the shots, boo. Wyatt has started to make sounds that sound like "mama", even though we know he doesnt really know what he is talking about! Someday, but lets not rush it! Eric and I are enjoying every minute together with our baby boy.
