January 2012
Wow, now we understand what they mean when they said "Time Flys" with our little boy keeping us busy! Wyatt is doing great. He weighs 27 lbs now and is eating everything that we eat, drinking chocolate milk at grandmas house, and popcicles for the four teeth in the back that are coming in right now. two teeth on the top and two on the bottom! Ouch! Wyatt has started saying "I want that" and pointing to everything in sight. He says "Elmo", "Hat", "Boo" for book, "Da", "Ma", "Ock" for sock, "Oak" for shoe "Op" for Push (helping dad push the blender button and the microwave), "Go Go" for The Cat in the Hat show song, and when he is ready to GoGo, "Apple", "Nana" for banana, and a few more. Mommy gave Wyatt his second trim of his bangs and taped the hair in his baby book. Wyatt is running away from us now when playing around. He likes to brush his teeth and comb his hair. He points to his diaper and says "Op" when he goes Po-Po in his diaper. He points to his ear, nose, belly, knee, hair. We took Wyatt swimming at the YMCA and he really enjoys splashing in the water. Cant wait for this summer and taking Wyatt to the Lake! We had our first baby sitter for a few hours while Mommy and Daddy went to the gym- Wyatt's cousin Kylie came over to watch him. Then our neighbor Jamie came over a few weeks ago for three hours and baby sat Wyatt , even though he was sleeping the whole time at night! We are grateful we have not had to use or pay for a babysitter so far and that our parents are supportive and love to spend time with Wyatt. Wyatt likes to take a bath in Grandma Watercutter's kitchen sink, and he took a bath for a few minutes this week with Abby the dog at Grandpa and Grandma Grossarth's house. Wyatt loves "Ab" (Abby), he laughs at her and is learning how to pet her gentle. We are planning on taking Wyatt on vacation to Gatlinburg in two weeks with Grandpa and Grandma Watercutter. Christmas this year was fun with Wyatt. He didn't really tear into the presents or know what was happening. We didn't put a Christmas tree up this year because Wyatt would have probably eaten the branches. We just put some bows on his head and enjoyed our time with the family. Looking forward to this New Year and what blessings will continue to come.

September 2011
What a month! Wyatt has been taking 3 steps on his own this past week....Eric and I didnt even realize Wyatt was walking until he walked right past the both of us! Then we looked at eachother and started clapping and scared Wyatt....he didnt realize what he had just accomplished! Wyatt still has 8 teeth ( 4 on top and 4 on bottom). Wyatt was baptised the last weekend of August-such a happy day that we shared with our family and friends. Our big boy weighs 23 lbs and 12 oz and is a little over 30 inches tall. He has the cutest little smile, the prettiest blue eyes, and the softest cheeks that you just cant help to smooch and squeeze! He has been eating just about anything that Dad and Mom eats. He uses his little fingers to try and pick the nibblets up, and doing a pretty good job of it! He loves when his cousins Alise and Nicholas come into town to play...and also when his Buddy Brandt stops by to play. Brandt gets mad though when Wyatt steals his BaBa away from him..But Wyatt is nice and shares his toys for Brandt to chew on! We have been taking Wyatt to festivals and pumpkin patches for some good pictures! Wyatt did ride his first Elephant this month with Mommy and his Godmother Kylie (pictures to come soon)! Grandma and Grandpa Grossarth took Wyatt to his first Oktoberfest and dressed Wyatt up in his German attire..too cute! Wyatt stayed all night tonight with Grandma and Grandpa Wattercutter (My Mom was remarried last weekend) and he climbed up 15 stairs without thinking twice- and of course with close supervision! Eric and I are having so much fun and look forward to planning Wyatt's 1st birthday party soon!

August 6th 2011 - 8 1/2 Months
Wyatt is growing so fast! Eric and I are enjoying being parents so much. Wyatt makes us laugh and smile more than you can imagine. He is so precious and beautiful....I mean handsome! He says "baba" and "boo" (book) . Mommy and Daddy love to read to him because he pays so close attention and helps turn the page too! He has started to cut 4 teeth on the top center and he still has his bottom center two teeth since he has been 4 months old. He made bite marks on Grandmas arms when she watched him over the weekend while Mommy and Daddy had a vacation at the lake. She didn't spank him though, just kissed him! Wyatt has just started to wave "bye bye" a few days ago. He is such a quick learner. He can give high fives and shake your hand "howdy". Eric started coughing the other day, and what do you know, Wyatt was a little copy cat and started coughing and smiling too... love him! Above is a picture of Wyatt eating his first cookie! Vanilla Wafer, yummy! He is starting to drink real milk and take bites of everything Mommy or Daddy is eating too! He doesn't want to miss a thing. He follows you to every room crawling around. He stands next to the couch and walks up and down the couch. He loves peek a boo! We are so happy to have him around, he has completed our life and our family. I love holding him close to my heart every night at bedtime. When he wakes up he gives you hugs on your chest and smiles. What a wonderful blessing from God. We are so eager to have him Baptized August 28th! Josh Gerdom (Christine's cousin) and Kylie Grossarth ( Our niece) will be the Godparents for Wyatt. More pictures to come of our bundle of joy~

Wyatt weighs 19lbs and is 28 3/4" tall- BIG BOY! Wyatt absolutely loves going on vacation to Tennesse and also loves swimming in our pool! He kicks SO hard in the water and might just kick his own legs off in the pool someday! Wyatt is creeping across the room , and can get up on all fours, but has not officially "crawled yet"-so close! Wyatt loves doggies, especially Abbie (Grandma and Grandpa Grossarth's dog) he just giggles at her non stop! We are having so much fun with our little man and are so excited for this summer to play all day!

March 2011
We are happy to report that Wyatt is doing great! He now weighs 16.3 lbs and will be turning 4 months old this week. We will visit the doctor for his 4 month checkup and S-H-O-T-S this week. Wyatt is rolling over non-stop from his back to stomach starting on March 7th when Grandma Wright was babysitting him. He has been a lot more vocal lately too! He ate his first bites of sweet potatoes last week, and like his apples and bananas! More pics to come of his messy face! Wyatt had his first overnight stay without Mommy and Daddy last Saturday at Grandpa and Grandma Grossarth's. It felt good to get out to dinner and go dancing for the first time in awhile! Dont know what we would do without Grandma's and Grandpa's!
